WHY «ANTI-AGING INNER SECRETS»?

There were three main reasons why the author was convinced about the need for a book such as ANTI-AGING INNER SECRETS.

First we tend to forget that our Mind plays a role that is as important if no more than our Body in the attainment of Joy, Wellness, Health and Longevity. Anti-aging is already an industry of 50 billion dollars US ($50 000 000 000) and a vast majority of this huge amount is spent for the purchase of products and services related to our physical world: physical exercise, quality nutrition, medication, skin firming agents, hormonal treatments, cosmetic surgery, etc…This shows that most of us act as if the Anti-Aging solutions could come exclusively from the outside physical world. The most important half of our person – Our Mind – is ignored.

Second, our Society invests near to nothing in the education of people on the prerequisites for Joy, Wellness, Health and Longevity. We spend hundreds of billions of dollars annually for medical treatments and near to nothing to ensure healthiness.

Third, the success of our organizations highly depends upon the mental and physical conditions of their personnel: To be productive, the personnel of organizations must be joyful, well and healthy at all times.
